Residential and apartments
The plant room, in a closet.
The Compact is a Basic with a 43 gal stainless steel hot water tank inside. It takes about 10 square feet and stands 6 feet tall, so a home or an apartment needs no separate tank.

What it does in one unit.
Heating
Water up to 140 °F to floors, fan coils or radiators.
Cooling
Passive or active, depending on the model.
Hot water
43 gal in stainless steel 316L, with electric backup.
Pool or snow melting
Available on the same unit.

All in one, ready to connect.
Other brands can look cheaper at the start. Then add the circulating pumps, the expansion vessels, the hot water valve and tank, the pool and the backup, plus the labor to fit and wire each one. The installed total is what counts, and an all-in-one unit saves labor in every job.
