Comfort you don’t hear.

One variable-speed geothermal system for heating, cooling, hot water and your pool. For homes and for buildings.

Made for the US

The first inverter water-to-water heat pump, since 2012. Full modulation with no stages. R454B refrigerant. AHRI certified and ENERGY STAR Most Efficient 2025 on ecoGEO+ Basic and Compact.

One platform. A house or a whole building.

The same inverter technology runs a custom home and a large apartment building. Pick your door.

Commercial

ecoGEO+ Compact in every apartment, or an ecoGEO+ HP plant for the whole building. Up to 150 tons in cascade.

  • No ducts: water pipes to each apartment
  • Hot water made where it is used

Four families. One technology.

Every unit is full inverter, runs on R454B and has its pumps, vessels and controls built in.

ecoGEO+ Basic

In a building, it disappears into a closet.

An ecoGEO+ Compact in every apartment gives each resident heating, cooling and hot water, with water pipes instead of ducts. A shared ground loop or an ecoGEO+ HP plant serves the whole building.

Same house. Same day. Two kinds of heat pump.

A staged unit runs flat out, stops, and starts again all day. An inverter follows what the house needs.

ecoGEO+ WWA heats and cools through air and water at the same time, makes domestic hot water and runs your pool or ice melting. No buffer tank. Controls built in.

What changes, for the owner and for the installer.

A modern home at dusk with an infinity pool and warm lit interiors

    For you

    Comfort
Rooms stay at the temperature you set. No hot and cold swings between cycles.
    Silence
No start and stop, and no ducted air rushing through the house.
    Savings
The unit uses only the energy the house needs at each moment.
    Healthier air
Moving water instead of air means fewer drafts and less dust stirred through ducts.
A tidy plant room with an ecoGEO+ unit, an air handler and copper hydronic manifolds

For the installer and the engineer

    All-in-one unit
Source and load pumps, expansion vessels, backup heater and DHW valve are built in.
    Compact, simpler installs
Water pipes instead of duct runs, in a smaller mechanical room.
    Any source
Closed loop, open loop, dry cooler, or a hybrid chosen automatically.
    Controls built in
The heat pump is the main controller of the plant room. No external controllers.
    Follows the demand
Modulation lets you reduce or remove buffer tanks.

    Questions we hear.

    Is it really quiet?

Very little. The compressor is the latest generation and it changes speed instead of switching on and off, so there is no start and stop and it makes less sound. The insulation of our units is also designed to make less noise than a normal refrigerator. Sound data for each model is in the datasheets.

Do I need a buffer tank?

Most installations do not. The unit adapts to the demand of the house, so buffers can be reduced or removed.

    What does it replace?

The furnace or boiler, the air conditioner, the water heater and the separate controllers. The WWA also covers pool and ice melting.

How hot can the water get?

Domestic hot water reaches 149 °F on demand, and up to 167 °F when the HTR heat recovery is used.

Does it work with solar panels?

Yes. With a bidirectional meter, the unit raises its setpoints when there is solar surplus and stores the energy as heat.

What heat sources can it use?

Closed loop, open loop and dry cooler, alone or hybrid. The unit picks the most efficient source at each moment.

    Are there incentives?

The federal residential tax credit ended after 2025. State and utility programs may still apply. Your installer can check what is available in your area.

    What does the warranty cover?

Compressor and inverter: five years of parts, with labor covered for the first three. Full conditions are in the warranty document. Draft Current terms to be confirmed before launch.
